• Receive, review, and respond to requests for approval of exterior residential architectural, landscape, and yard changes.
• Permanent archiving of homeowners association member request for approval forms, blueprints, drawings, landscape plans and results of on-site inspections.
• Receive and resolve any request for action related to reports of homeowner's non-compliance with Association covenants and restrictions.
• Drive through neighborhood periodically to monitor for general compliance with Association covenants and restrictions.
• Provide a written report of activities to the Homeowners Association Board of Directors on a monthly basis.
• Attend board meetings and annual membership meetings as stated in the contract.
• Act as advisor and consultant to the Board of Directors on all operational and business issues.
• Act as liaison to government agencies and advise Board of Directors on current legislative issues.
• Aid in the development and enforcement of policies.
