1. Why do I need a Resale Disclosure?
In Minnesota, a Resale Disclosure Certificate is needed to give buyers information on your association as a whole and your property in particular. Please check with your real estate agent to see if this certificate is required for the sale of your home.

2. Is there a cost for the Resale Disclosure Certificate?
Yes, the cost is $175.00 to have the document emailed. This is comparable to fees charged by other management companies for the same document. The document is legal for 90 days. If your home is not sold within that 90 days, we will update the document free of charge for one year from the original date of purchase.

3. How do I pay for the Resale Disclosure?
We accept MasterCard or Visa on the website. You can also choose to pay by check. If this option is chosen you will need to print off the confirmation page at the end of your order and mail it to Cities Management with your check. Once your check is received we will deliver the document to you in the manner you have chosen.

4. How do I receive it once I pay for it?
Towards the end of your order you will have the choice to have the document sent by email or US Mail. There is also the choice to pick-up the document at our office. If you chose email, the document will usually be received within 10 minutes of the time you place your order. Documents for US Mail will be sent within 2 to 3 business days and those scheduled for pick-up at our office will also be available 2 to 3 business days from date of order. US Mail and pick-up orders can also be expedited for an additional fee.

5. Can I send the documents directly to my agent?
Documents can be sent wherever the homeowner would like. Once the delivery page appears the email or US Mail address can be input.

6. What if I need other documents?
Along with the Resale Disclosure we provide all current association documents, the financial information, rules and regulations and the insurance information.
