Sustainability Goal

The Problem
Our ever-increasing world population has created a growing environmental impact from human living space on the planet. Greenhouse gases are emitted as fossil fuels are used in the heating, cooling, lighting, and gadgetry of our homes. Tremendous resources are expended in the building and remodeling of our structures. Toxic substances routinely plague the indoor air and landscapes of our dwellings. The property management community has a responsibility to operate properties in a human healthy and planet friendly manner. To do otherwise is to squander resources and jeopardize the lives and health of building occupants.

Our Sustainability Goal
In an effort to be a part of the solution, Cities Management has committed to achieve a 25% reduction of energy consumption at our clients' properties. We will do this through offering energy saving services, devices, and by bringing awareness to the communities in our care.
